Safe, indoors and out
Our playrooms are bright, colourful and cosy, full of toys, art materials and play corners where children feel right at home.
Just next to Elvinkovo we have a fenced, safe playground with soft safety flooring, swings, a slide and climbing frames. We take the children outside there every day.

The first years of childhood create the foundations for future learning. At Elvinkovo, we help children develop their individual strengths, curiosity, logical thinking, independence and confidence.
Our aim is to give children positive and successful first experiences with education and help them discover that learning can be interesting, natural and enjoyable.

Children are naturally curious about how the world around them works. Our STEM-based approach develops this curiosity through observation, experiments, practical activities, construction, logical challenges and age-appropriate problem-solving.
Children encounter themes from natural sciences, mathematics, technology, the human body, nature and the environment. We encourage children to ask questions, look for connections, test their ideas and find their own solutions.
The goal is not simply to learn facts, but to develop curiosity, logical thinking, creativity and confidence in solving new problems.
Languages from an early age
Language education is an important part of Elvinkovo. We work with children individually and in very small groups, allowing the programme to reflect each child's age, language level and abilities.
English
We place particular emphasis on natural communication and regular contact with a native English speaker. Children develop vocabulary, understanding, pronunciation and confidence in using English naturally. For children who are ready to progress further, we also build the language foundations for future Cambridge English certification.
German
German is introduced naturally and playfully, with an emphasis on communication, understanding and a positive first relationship with the language.
Growing, naming and drawing plants
In our garden, children grow their own vegetables, herbs and flowers. They learn to recognise and name the plants, and then draw them.
Weather permitting, we visit the garden every Tuesday and Wednesday — a favourite part of the week that the children always look forward to.
Individual adaptation with a parent
Starting kindergarten is an important step for both the child and the family. At Elvinkovo, adaptation is individual. During the first visits, a mother or father can stay together with the child and help them gradually become familiar with the new environment, teachers and other children.
The pace of adaptation is adjusted according to the individual needs of each child. Our aim is for the child to enter kindergarten with trust, confidence and a feeling of safety.
